Andy is an experienced Singapore lawyer called to the Bar in 1994. He has built an
extensive practice focused on commercial litigation and is well acquainted with all
aspects of Court proceedings including the preparation and conduct of trials,
appeals, injunctions, negotiations, and the drafting of opinions and submissions.
He also regularly acts as instructed counsel and has handled alternative dispute
resolution processes, serving as counsel in mediations and neutral evaluations, as
well as acting as a mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre, Sage Mediation,
and in a private capacity. His litigation and mediation experience spans family law
(matrimonial, estate, trust and property disputes), shareholder disputes, general
commercial and contractual claims, and tortious matters. In addition, he has been
involved in professional disciplinary proceedings concerning medical practitioners
and solicitors.
